NewsFlash! June Visa Bulletin Released, EB3 China and F2A Retrogresses

The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has issued the June 2014 Visa Bulletin. As expected, the family-based, second preference “A” (FB2A) category for spouses and (unmarried, minor) children of lawful permanent residents retrogresses by more than a year for all countries of chargeability. Also, the employment-based, third preference (EB3) category cutoff dates roll back across the board, except for EB3 India and the Philippines. EB3 China is hit especially hard, with the priority dates retrogressing by a full 6-years. MurthDotCom will publish a more complete summary and analysis of the June 2014 Visa Bulletin later this week.
