How can I check to see if my former employer revoked my approved I-140?

Answer

The notice is sent to the employer, not the individual. The USCIS may update the online case status to show the revocation, but that is not always accurate. Otherwise, this information often comes to light when one requests something based on the I-140 and knows because the request is either approved or denied. In some situations, it is possible to file a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to get information from one’s file. (27.Jul.2015)
