I have a valid H1B visa stamp, but my H1B petition was revoked. Can I travel to the U.S. with the existing H1B visa and an approved H1B petition from a different employer?

Answer

I am assuming that the H1B petition was revoked by the employer after the job ended. In that case, yes, it is generally possible to travel using the unexpired visa and the new approved petition. The petition revocation generally does not revoke or otherwise void the visa stamp in the passport. (09.Nov.2015)
