I recently completed my biometrics for my pending I-539 application. Does that mean the USCIS will approve the case soon?

Answer

The fact that biometrics have been completed does not necessarily mean the USCIS is about to finish adjudicating your pending I-539 application. It is true that the I-539 almost certainly will not be adjudicated unless they have first collected your biometrics, but it is not unusual for biometrics to be completed many months before the I-539 is actually adjudicated.  (29.Apr.2021)
