During a U.S. Department of State open forum, Mr. Charles Oppenheim, the Chief of the Immigrant Visa Control Unit, provided a couple of updated predictions for the July 2021 Visa Bulletin. Mr. Oppenheim expects that the cutoff date for EB3 India will move ahead to January 1, 2013. Meanwhile, EB2 India will advance to July 1, 2011.
