USCIS Releases Details on FY23 H1B Cap and Electronic Registration System

This afternoon, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that the H1B registration period for fiscal year 2023 (FY23) will run from noon Eastern Time (ET) March 1 through noon ET on March 18, 2022.

Background on Registration Process

In order to submit a registration, employers and their representatives must use a myUSCIS online account. More details on creating an account are available on the USCIS website.

Those with selected registrations during the initial registration period will be notified by March 31, 2022. If selected, the petitioning employer will be given a 90-day window to submit a corresponding H1B petition.
