Timothy (T.J.) Sachse serves as Co-Attorney Coordinator of the Nonimmigrant Department at the Murthy Law Firm. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has built extensive experience across a range of nonimmigrant matters and now plays a key role in leading both the department’s legal strategy and its day-to-day operations.
In this capacity, T.J. manages and mentors a team of attorneys, paralegal coordinators, and legal office assistants. He helps guide the development of departmental policies and procedures, and he oversees the firm’s planning and execution of the annual H1B cap lottery submissions.
T.J. represents clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the U.S. Department of State (DOS), with a focus on complex nonimmigrant cases. His work includes B‑2, H1B, E-2, E‑3, L‑1, and TN filings, along with specialized experience handling nunc pro tunc requests and securing nonimmigrant waivers for clients with admissibility issues.
Earlier in his career at the firm, T.J. served as an attorney in the Nonimmigrant Department, where he managed a high-volume caseload, prepared and filed a broad array of visa petitions, conducted detailed legal research, and advised clients on intricate regulatory requirements.
T.J. began at the Murthy Law Firm as an Honors Law Clerk. During that time, he gained experience with PERM labor certifications, immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, and naturalization cases, and authored numerous articles for MurthyDotCom.
T.J. is dedicated to providing precise, thoughtful representation to clients and to fostering excellence within the firm’s Nonimmigrant Department.
