Flavia Ferreira is an attorney in the Nonimmigrant Department at the Murthy Law Firm with extensive experience representing companies and individuals in a wide of employment-based immigration matters. Her practice focuses on nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s and other employment-based filings, as well EB-1C petitions.
Flavia has advised corporate clients across a variety of industries, including large technology company clients. She has experience managing high-volume caseloads and guiding employers and foreign nationals through complex immigration processes and regulatory requirements.
