Maggie Wagner is an Attorney with the Murthy Law Firm, the nation’s leading immigration law practice, where she focuses her practice on nonimmigrant petitions and assisting clients with port of entry issues. She represents companies and individuals on a range of employment-based immigration matters and regularly writes articles for the MurthyBulletin and MurthyDotCom.

Before joining the Murthy Law Firm, Maggie worked in business immigration as a paralegal for two years, and during law school, also worked as a law clerk in business immigration for two years. She also worked with community organizations in Arizona on asylum and cancellation of removal cases.
