Eric Sustad is Of Counsel to Murthy Law Firm. With over 18 years of experience, Eric has been instrumental in helping businesses and families devise elegant solutions to complex immigration issues. Eric has extensive background with green card matters sponsored by families and employers, as well as nonimmigrant options including E-2, O-1, H1B, and L-1 visas. In addition, Eric has more than a decade of high-volume experience working with PERM labor certification.
Eric is a longstanding member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and has led immigration seminars in Minnesota, Washington DC, and Mexico. Prior to working with the Murthy team, Eric worked at large and medium-sized immigration firms, as well as operating his own practice. A native of Minnesota, Eric speaks fluent Spanish and French, and conversational Portuguese.
