What should we expect now? Will the dates in the visa bulletin move forward this year?

Answer

Things are rather chaotic right now. October is the first month of a new fiscal year, so final action (FA) dates WILL move within the next 12 months. What is unknown is how much they will move and precisely when. We are hoping that the dates posted in the original version of the October 2015 Visa Bulletin are a signal of where the visa bulletin is heading in the coming months, but we don’t know that for certain. For the time being, it is very hard to predict what will happen with this fiasco! (28.Sep.2015)
