I applied for my GC under EB1 in Jan 2017. My case is still pending, and now the priority dates are retrogressing. Will this cause a delay in my GC being issued?

Answer

Unless the case is approved before the end of May 2017 (i.e. before the retrogressed dates go into effect), then yes, it will cause a delay. The GC could not be approved until the priority date is current again, which should occur in October 2017. (15.May.2017)
