My H1B extension was denied and my I-94 has since expired. My employer is filing an appeal. What will my status now be?

An appeal does NOT grant you any status. You may be unlawfully present during this time period, which can have very serious consequences. You should consult an attorney immediately. (30.Jul.2018)
