NewsFlash! Little Movement in July Visa Bulletin

This morning, the U.S. Department of State (DOS) released the July 2015 Visa Bulletin. The employment-based, second preference (EB2) category for people born in India sees no movement, leaving the cutoff date at October 1, 2008. EB2 China, on the other hand, moves ahead by four months, to October 1, 2013. The employment-based, third preference (EB3) category for India fares only slightly better, with the cutoff date advancing by just over one week, to February 1, 2004. EB3 China does not move at all, remaining at September 1, 2011. Meanwhile, EB3 Philippines, which has retrogressed severely over the past couple of months, is unavailable for the month of July.
