My EAD with AP expires on July 31st. I have return ticket to the U.S. scheduled for July 25th. Will this impact my ability to reenter the U.S.?

Answer

As long as one enters before the expiration of the AP, this should not be an issue. Overstaying the AP for any reason typically would create serious problems, however. (26.Jun.2017)
