Is it true that the H1B minimum salary has been raised to $90,000?

Answer

No, there has not been any such increase. There is a bill proposed in Congress that would increase H1B minimum salaries. But, at this point, there is no reason to believe this bill will ever become law. There are many immigration bills proposed each year in Congress, and it is extremely rare for any of them to be signed into law.

If this or any other immigration bill starts to make any headway, we will post the details on MurthyDotCom. (27.Nov.2017)
