After we submit a response to an H1B RFE using normal processing, how many days does it usually take for the USCIS to issue a decision?

Answer

The USCIS normally makes a decision within 60 days of receiving a RFE response, although they are not required to do so. In some cases, a decision can take longer than that standard timeframe. (30.Apr.2018)
