Is it true that the USCIS is now setting unrealistic wages for certain senior IT staffing positions?

Answer

The USCIS has no involvement is setting wages. H1B petitioners are required to pay the prevailing wage for a position, which can be ascertained using a variety of different wage surveys. Most employers utilize the U.S. Department of Labor wage data, which is available at www.FLCDataCenter.com. (26.Nov.2018)
