I have been in H1B status for nearly six years. Can I now change to L1A status?

Your H1B time counts against seven-year max for L1A. So, even if you meet the basic requirements for L1A, the petition generally could only be approved through the date that you would reach the seven-year max out date. (18.Mar.2019)
