Dear Valued Clients, Potential Clients, and Others:
In light of the current COVID-19 situation Murthy Law Firm wants to reassure all of our clients / potential clients that we are taking this situation seriously and setting forth appropriate processes within our firm, prioritizing both our clients’ needs and our staff safety.
We are diligently monitoring and adhering to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Maryland Public Health Department, and other state and government agency recommended protocols, staying updated for any necessary changes.
We have educated our staff on daily measures they can take to stay safe, including frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, social distancing, which includes utilizing conference call lines for meetings and, whenever possible, communicating by phone and eMail rather than face-to-face interaction.
As a firm, we have also implemented the suspension of outside vendors visiting our office and our attorneys or other staff traveling out of state. We have additional cleanings throughout the day with antibacterial products and the ability to work remotely, should the need arise.
If the severity of the situation increases there may be a time when we are working at less than full capacity, however, even in this case, we closely monitor all client deadlines and will continue to keep you updated, should something change from our current status.
