Can I work from home in H1B status for more than one employer at the same time?

Generally speaking, it is possible for an H1B petition to be filed requesting concurrent employment. Note, however, that the work for both employers cannot actually be performed at the same time. For instance, if one H1B is approved for a full-time position (e.g., 40 hours) and the other position is for 20 hours per week, the individual would need to work a full 60 hours. (17.Feb.2022)
