How long do I have to work in L1A status before my employer can sponsor me for a green card through the EB1(c) category?

There is no specific wait time or time one must work in L1A status before an EB1(c) petition can be filed. If all the general requirements are met, the EB1(c) case normally can be filed at any time. In fact, it is possible to qualify for EB1(c) without ever having worked for the U.S. entity.  (22.Jun.2022)
