Any word on whether the USCIS will hold a second lottery for H1B cap cases this year?

There has been no word, yet. As a frame of reference, for last year’s cap cases, we did not learn a second lottery was necessary until that lottery’s results were released on July 29, 2021. So, we still may need to wait a few more weeks to find out whether a second lottery is necessary this year. (13.Jul.2022)
