Any update on the DHS spending bill that includes changes to the employment-based immigration system?

Although there is much immigration legislation that is introduced, it is extremely rare for any such bill to be passed into law. The Murthy Law Firm is continuing to monitor immigration policy changes and will post reliable information on MurthyDotCom if any bill of significance makes real headway. For the foreseeable future, however, the best option is to make plans based on what is, not on what might be. (10.Sep.2018)
