USCIS Holding Teleconference on NTA Memo on Thursday; Details on Implementation Coming Soon

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is scheduled to hold a teleconference on Thursday, September 27, 2018, from 2 to 3 p.m. (Eastern Time, U.S.) to discuss the June 28, 2018, policy memorandum on the issuance of notices to appears (NTAs). Implementation of the memo has been delayed but, in announcing the upcoming teleconference, the USCIS notes that it “… will provide additional information on the implementation of this memorandum before the teleconference.” MurthyDotCom will post additional details as the information becomes available.
