I am a green card holder. Can I sponsor my sister for a GC now?

Unfortunately, permanent residents (i.e. “green card” holders) cannot sponsor siblings. One needs to be a U.S. citizen. Even then, however, the wait in this FB4 category is likely 20+ years. (16.Apr.2018)
