November 2026 Visa Bulletin

The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has released the November 2026 Visa Bulletin. Several employment-based and family-based cutoff dates advance, while others remain unchanged. Unless otherwise noted, the cutoff dates below are from the final action chart (Chart A), which governs when an immigrant visa number may be issued or an adjustment application approved.

Visa Bulletin Summary

Employment-Based, Fifth Preference (EB5) Category

The EB5 unreserved cutoff date remains 01.Dec.2016 for China and 01.Dec.2023 for India. The unreserved category remains current for all other countries of chargeability. The EB5 set-aside categories for rural, high-unemployment, and infrastructure investments remain current for all countries.

Family-Based, Second-Preference (FB2A and FB2B) Category

The FB2A final action cutoff date advances to 22.Oct.2026 for all countries of chargeability except Mexico, which advances to 22.Apr.2026. In the FB2B category, the cutoff date advances to 22.Aug.2020 for all countries except Mexico and the Philippines. Mexico remains at 15.May.2010, and the Philippines remains at 01.Oct.2013.

USCIS Adjustment-of-Status Filing Charts

The DOS bulletin also contains Dates for Filing charts (Chart B), but USCIS separately decides which chart adjustment-of-status applicants may use each month. As of 22.Oct.2026, the USCIS adjustment-of-status filing charts page still identifies October 2026 as the current month and says the next month’s selection is coming soon. Applicants planning to file Form I-485 in November should check USCIS’s November chart designation before relying on Chart B. The November FB2A Dates for Filing chart is current for all chargeability areas, but this does not, by itself, establish eligibility to file an adjustment application.
